Thomaston Opera House

We've all seen the 80's classic horror movie, Poltergeist, right? Well, Steven Spielberg may have gotten some of his inspiration for the movie from the Thomaston Opera House.
Approximately one hundred and forty years ago, the town of Thomaston decided to build this beautiful opera house, but a cemetery was already there. Unlike in the aforementioned movie, the town did move the bodies and the headstones. Unfortunately, many of the remains were too fragile and could not be moved. The current Senior Center is now where the cemetery once was. We experienced some strange camera movements in that area that we're still trying to debunk or explain.
We had the full Obsidian Paranormal team out to investigate, minus Regina who was unable to attend. We experienced unexplained noises and movements throughout the night. We're still analyzing our footage and will definitely follow-up.
